Mr. Becker has over 18 years of experience in civil jury trials, with a focus upon the representation of victims of bodily injury suffered through defective products, automobile collisions, medical malpractice, and injuries suffered in employment. Mr. Becker's background includes civil jury trial work in the District of Columbia and Virginia as an insurance defense attorney for insureds of State Farm Automobile Insurance Company and Allstate Insurance Company. Mr. Becker was co-counsel in the case of Stafford v. Country Developers, Inc., Fairfax Circuit Court, Virginia, a products liability action involving EIFS, also known as synthetic stucco. Following a week long trial, the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs for over one million dollars. At the time of trial (Summer of 2001), it was the second case tried to a verdict in favor of a homeowner in Virginia. |
